Strip Loin Steak

Description

Succulent strip loin steak.  Seared in cast iron and basted with butter and gourmet steak spice.  Cooked medium to medium well, thinly sliced into 6oz portions (min).  Fantastic to pair with scrambled eggs for a stellar breakfast!
