SALLY'S PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
All of our items may be reheated using any method you prefer! The vacuum sealed bags are microwave safe and sous vide safe. It’s entirely up to you to reheat in any way that you are familiar with.
For the best results when reheating we recommend thawing the product and reheating in the oven. Locate your item(s) below and use our reheating instructions to enjoy your food.
Caution must be used when reheating food! High temperatures will be present and may cause burning if not handled properly.
When defrosting or cooking in a microwave, a small puncture must be placed into the bag.
Health Canada states that an internal temperature of 74°C or 165°F should be achieved. This can be confirmed by using a thermometer and inserting into the thickest part of the item.
Chipotle Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap:
Microwave: Cook on high for 1 min. Turn over and cook for 1 min. Check temperature and if further heating is required continue in 1 min. increments until desired temperature is reached.
Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes. Check internal temperature and if more cooking is required continue for 5 minutes until desired temperature is reached.
Jambalaya:
Microwave: 2 min on high, stir carefully. If more reheating time is required continue in additional increments of 1 min until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from sealed bag. Place in oven safe dish and cook for approximately 20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
Smoked Beef Brisket:
Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F. Place brisket on oven safe dish and cook for approximately 15 minutes. Check and continue cooking if required.
Mexican Beef and Rice Wrap:
Microwave: Cook on high for 1 min. Turn over and cook for 1 min. Check temperature and if further heating is required continue in 1 min. increments until desired temperature is reached.
Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F and bake for 20 minutes. Check temperature and continue cooking if required.
Smoked Chicken Thighs:
Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F. Place thighs on oven safe baking sheet or dish and cook for 25 minutes. If additional time is needed, continue baking for 10 minutes then check temperature.
Roasted Potatoes with Garlic:
Microwave: 3 min. on high. Mix potatoes around and if more cooking is required, continue cooking on high for 1 min. at a time.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place potatoes in an oven safe dish or pan and bake for 20 min. Check for desired temperature. If more time is needed, continue for 5-15 minutes.
Ginger Chicken Stir Fry:
Microwave: Cook on high for 2 min. CONTENTS WILL BE HOT! Carefully mix stir fry around and continue to cook on high for 1 more min. or until desired temperature is reached.
*Rice may be added to the stir fry before cooking or may be warmed separately. If reheating rice separately, it is best to sprinkle water onto the rice. Do this regardless of the method of reheating to ensure the best experience.
Frying pan: Heat frying pan on medium heat for approximately 3-4 minutes. Transfer stir fry to pan and allow to warm for about 10 minutes, stirring often to ensure equal heating.
Honey Garlic Stir Fry:
Microwave: Cook on high for 2 min. CONTENTS WILL BE HOT! Carefully mix stir fry around and continue to cook on high for 1 min. or until desired temperature is reached.
*Rice may be added to the stir fry before cooking or may be warmed separately. If reheating rice separately, it is best to sprinkle water onto the rice. Do this regardless of the method of reheating to ensure the best experience.

Home made pasta with Sausage:
Microwave: Cook on high for 2 minutes. Carefully mix contents. Continue to cook on high for 1 min intervals until desired temperature is reached.
Frying pan: Heat pan on medium for 3-4 minutes with a small amount of oil or butter. Transfer contents of package to pan and allow to heat, stirring often. For best results, serve pasta on a warm plate or bowl.
Cajun Style Blackened Chicken Breast:
Microwave: Cook on medium for 1 min. Carefully check temperature and continue to cook at medium in 1 min intervals until desired temperature is reached.
Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F. Place chicken on oven safe dish and cook for approximately 20 minutes. Check temperature and serve once desired internal temperature reached.
Smokin’ Stuffed Chicken Breast
Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F. Place chicken on a rack or trivet and place in oven safe dish. Cook for approximately 25 min. Check temperature and serve when desired temperature is achieved.
